A SPAG (Submarine Parachute Assistance Group) member jumps from an RAF C-130 Hercules off Gibraltar during an exercise. The SPAG, who are always on six hours notice to move and are supported by the RAF, consist of Royal Navy personnel who are specially trained medics and specialists in Submarine Escape & Rescue techniques.
