"OH MY GOD!" .-

An Akrotiri shot from 2001. Under the radar, 7 wing, below 100 feet and the air brakes are out!!!. I bet is a QFI.

QFI (Qualified Flying Instructor) is a term mainly used in the UK and commonwealth Military, Army, Navy and Air Force for a person who has passed the appropriate course before being allowed to instruct in an aircraft. In the USA and elsewhere, the equivalent term is "IP" (Instructor Pilot), however the terms are not comparable as QFIs undergo an intensive 6-month course before qualifying, whereas IPs are selected and given only rudimentary training.

  1. Lo curioso es que no es un Tornado de ataque, sino un F.Mk.3 de defensa aérea...

Pero, por otra parte, preciosa la foto
